Material:
- 6 pieces of brown skin tofu, cut into cubes
- 4 eggs
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Bean sprouts, boiled

Peanut sauce:
- 200 gr fried peanuts
- 2 raw garlic cloves
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- Brown sugar to taste
- Cayenne pepper according to taste

Boiled water:
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped and sauted
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
- 1 galangal knuckle
- 1/2 tsp mushroom flavoring
- 1 tsp tamarind
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- Right amount of oil

Gimbal or shrimp bakwan:
- 250 gr wheat flour
- 200 gr shrimp
- Enough water
- Salt
- 1 tsp fine garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Sprinkled:
- Celery leaves, sliced
- Peanuts, coarsely crushed
- Sweet soy sauce

Addition:
- Crackers and lime

How to make:
1. For the shrimp bakwan, immediately stir all the ingredients and fry lightly until slightly dry and cooked.
2. For the tofu ingredients, beat all the ingredients along with the eggs and then scramble until cooked.
3. Make peanut sauce, grind raw garlic, peanuts, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, petis, add boiled water little by little until smooth and thick in texture.4. Cut the egg tofu, dreadlocks, add vegetables, pour peanut sauce, sprinkle with coarsely ground fried peanuts, celery leaves, then add sweet soy sauce and lime slices and crackers.
