- 10 drops of green food coloring

vla material:
- 1 liter of thick coconut milk
- 100 grams of rice flour

- 1 tsp salt
- 50 grams of granulated sugar

Additional ingredients:
- Ambon banana syrup or red syrup
- Banana leaves for steaming the green bananas
- Shaved ice or ice cubes
- Sweetened condensed milk

How to make:
1. Steam the bananas for 10 minutes. Drain well.
2. Make the skin mixture, wash the pandan clean then cut into small pieces and add water. Blender, then strain. Take 1 liter of pandan filtered water, set aside. Mix rice flour and wheat then sift until smooth, stir until there are no lumps.
3. Add sugar, coconut milk and food coloring. Place in a heat-resistant container, steam for 30 minutes. Remove and let sit until the hot steam disappears.
4. Prepare a large plastic ice pack, grease it with oil. Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture, flatten and flatten. Take steamed bananas, cover the bananas with green mixture. Shape then place on clean banana leaves. Grease with oil so it doesn't stick. Roll and pin the stick. Steam again for 25 minutes. Remove and cool.
5. How to make vla, mix all the vla ingredients until smooth, then strain. Put it in a pan, cook over low heat until it becomes marrow porridge.
