Material:
- 100 gr anchovies
- 300 gr potatoes, diced
- 10 curly red chilies
- 5 cayenne peppers
- 5 cloves of shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 lime leaves
- Salt and sugar to taste

How to make:
- Fry the potatoes until brown
- Fry the anchovies until dry
- Grind the spices
