Fried or grilled pigeons are often sold in lesehan stalls as a side dish for rice. This side dish is famous for its savory and delicious taste. However, many processed pigeons still have a tough texture and taste bland. Well, instead of buying it, you can process your own pigeon according to your taste.

Before being fried or cooked with other techniques, pigeons usually have to be boiled first in a pressure cooker. The goal is to make the pigeon meat more tender and easy to chew. However, not everyone has a pressure cooker at home.
