Material:
- 500 gr beef
- 100 gr sago flour
- 185 gr ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons fried onions
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mushroom stock
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp baking powder
Additional ingredients:
- 8 boiled eggs
How to make:
1. Add the beef, ice cubes, garlic and shallots to a food processor, blend until it becomes a paste.
2. Add other spices, blend again until smooth, thick and smooth.
3. Boil the water until it boils, then reduce the heat.
4. Form meatballs, fill with boiled eggs, then place in hot boiled water.
5. Cook the meatballs until cooked
6. Don't throw away the cooking water because it can be made into gravy.
