This food is made from flying fish which has a slightly sour, spicy and appetizing taste. It's so delicious, some people deliberately make pallumara as a side dish to accompany rice. Material:
- 500 gr flying fish
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 liter of water
How to make:
1. Clean the fish, then coat with lime, let stand 10-15 minutes.
2. Wash clean and put in a pan.
3. Dissolve the tamarind in water, strain, and pour into the pan with the fish.
4. Add turmeric powder, stir well.
5. Cook the fish until it boils, add salt, sugar, taste test, remove from heat.
6. Serve with mango mix.
