However, using a rice cooker also has other impacts. In some cases, rice cooked using a rice cooker becomes stale quickly. This is indicated by the unpleasant smell of rice and the color of the rice turning yellowish.

Rice that goes stale quickly can be caused by several things, one of which is when the rice cooker is dirty. No exception to the pan that is not sterile. Well, to overcome this, you can clean the rice cooker pan with a special technique to make it more sterile and not make the rice go stale quickly when used.

To be more precise, an Instagram user @siskadp0809 once shared a trick to clean a rice cooker pan. To make it more sterile, she did not use dish soap, but chose to rely on one kitchen spice. After 10 minutes, open the rice cooker and take the pan inside. Then throw away the salt water and rinse the rice cooker pan with clean water. Don't forget to wipe the lid of the rice cooker that is wet from the salt water vapor. That way the rice cooker and its pan can be used to cook rice as usual.
