Stickers on food containers are often a problem for many people. Although it seems trivial, stickers attached to food containers can interfere with appearance and are difficult to remove. These stickers usually stick firmly and leave sticky residue that not only interferes with aesthetics but can also be a breeding ground for bacteria if not cleaned properly.

Many people then use various ways to remove stickers on food containers . One of the most common ways is to smear the sticker area with eucalyptus oil. In addition, some also heat it first with a hairdryer so that the glue can be soft and easier to peel off.

But sometimes for some people, this technique is quite complicated. Especially if the food container is made of plastic. Heating the sticker can certainly damage the plastic surface. On the other hand, eucalyptus oil often leaves glue residue that sticks. Instead, you can use a trick shared by Instagram user @sudha.lukka.

Through one of her uploaded videos, she uses a simpler trick in removing stickers on food containers by utilizing duct tape. Reported by BrilioFood from Instagram @sudha.lukka on Saturday (14/9), in the video, this Instagram user is seen using clear duct tape to lift the stickers on the food container in one pull.

Once done, immediately pull the end of the tape slowly. While pulling, you can hold the food container so that it does not lift with the tape. Now at this stage, the sticker attached to the tape will also be lifted when pulled. This makes the food container immediately clean without any glue left.
