In his video, he admitted that he had a stock of green vegetables, namely ferns and kale that had already wilted.

The fern vegetable actually showed different results from the water spinach. The fern whose stem was dipped in water all day actually became increasingly wilted. However, the fern that was only dipped in water for a while and then left to stand, looked much fresher. "For the fern, the one that was dipped in water was actually fresher and stiffer, while the one that was dipped in water was actually limp," said the owner of the YouTube account PAK PIKA CHANNEL. In conclusion, water spinach and fern apparently have different tricks to be refreshed again. For water spinach, it is better to use the trick of dipping the stem in water. Meanwhile, the fern can be returned to being fresh again by simply dipping it in water for a while, then leaving it at room temperature.
