Vegetables are fresh cooking ingredients that tend to wilt quickly. In fact, after being bought from the market, vegetables can wilt within a few hours if not immediately put in the refrigerator. This is because vegetables cannot withstand high temperatures or areas that are too dry.
Moreover, if you often buy a number of green leafy vegetables, these vegetables wilt much faster than other types of vegetables. This was also explained by the YouTube account user PAK PIKA CHANNEL. In his video, he admitted that he had a stock of green vegetables, namely ferns and kale that had already wilted.

Most people usually choose to throw away vegetables when they are already wilted. In fact, according to a netizen who is familiarly called Pak Pika, wilted vegetables can still be returned to being fresh again as if they were just picked with one simple trick.
"We will use two tricks," said the owner of the YouTube account PAK PIKA CHANNEL, quoted by BrilioFood on Sunday (18/8).
While the second trick, the vegetables will only be dipped briefly into a container of water. The part of the vegetable that is dipped is also only the leaves. Then, the YouTube account user PAK PIKA CHANNEL places the fern and kale vegetables in an open area that is not exposed to direct sunlight. Both the first and second tricks, both are then left for several hours, from morning to evening.
