There are two tricks you can do before getting to the core process. First, transfer the frozen meat to the chiller for 24 hours. If you want a faster process, choose the second method, namely moving the frozen meat to the microwave.

You need to pay attention, don't leave or thaw frozen meat at room temperature because it can add bacteria.

"After using the microwave, don't store it at room temperature, because it can cause bacterial growth, just cook it straight away," he said.

After that, prepare water, pour in vinegar, add salt, and dissolve until smooth. Then add the frozen meat that you just thawed. This step will make the meat soft and delicious when cooked. Apart from that, it also helps maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the meat during thawing.

"The antibacterial properties of vinegar and salt can help maintain cleanliness and freshness during thawing, but they must be rinsed with water," he said.

Yup, you can do the soaking process in the vinegar and salt solution for 30 minutes. The measurements stated by the account owner are 1 to 1, meaning that every 500 grams of meat requires 500 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. So, after soaking for 30 minutes, rinse the meat with clean water to remove vinegar and salt residue.
