Material:
- 200 gr white sticky rice flour
- 50 gr steamed potatoes
- 5 sm caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 190 ml warm water
- 100 gr white sesame
- Enough oil for frying
Material contents:
- 100 gr peeled green beans, soak for half a day
- 150 ml thick coconut milk
- 1/4 st salt
- 5 sm granulated sugar
- 1 sm vanilla extract
How to make:
1. Make the filling, boil the green beans until soft, drain.
2. Blend green beans with 50 ml of thick coconut milk until smooth.
3. Prepare a frying pan, add the blended green beans, add coconut milk, salt and sugar.
4. Stir until smooth. Round it to a weight of 10 - 12 grams, set aside.
5. Make the skin, mix flour, potatoes, sugar and salt. Mix well, pour water little by little, stop when it can be formed.
6. Divide into several colors, rose pink, orange, green, blue and white.
7. Take approximately 20 - 23 grams of each dough, fill it and make it into a ball.
8. Dip in water and roll in sesame seeds.
9. Fry until cooked over medium heat, serve.
