Material:
- 4 medium sized catfish
- 1 cm turmeric
- salt to taste
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
Halibut seasoning:
- 9 red onions
- Enough hot water
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 cm ginger
- 10 cayenne peppers
- 2 limes
- Salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
1. Blend the garlic, turmeric, coriander and salt.
2. Coat the catfish gently. Leave it for 30 minutes.
3. Fry the catfish until dry.
4. Roast the shallots, ginger and galangal until cooked. Grind together with the cayenne pepper, not too fine.
5. Pour hot water little by little, add sugar and salt. Stir well.
