After all the ingredients, such as eggs, flour, sugar, milk, and honey have been added, immediately mix on high speed for 10 minutes. Do this process until the color of the dough becomes white with traces, yes. After that, color the dough according to taste and put it into the sponge cake mold. One important trick so that the sponge cake can bloom perfectly is to fill the dough until it is completely full in the mold.
