Because it is often used in various dishes, some people usually store bamboo shoots in large quantities as stock. Unfortunately, storing bamboo shoots carelessly can make this food ingredient rot easily in a matter of days. Well, to make it last longer, you can imitate the trick shared by a former Taiwanese migrant worker named Uni.

As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Uni mama on Wednesday (7/8), she admitted to storing bamboo shoots by drying them. However, Uni did not use an oven or special tools to dry the bamboo shoots. She admitted to only relying on simple tools available at home.
