The corruption case of Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim was transferred to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office

The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) has transferred two suspects in the corruption case, namely Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim, to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office. This delegation is part of the second stage of the alleged criminal act of corruption in the management of tin trading in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License (IUP) area for 2015-2002 to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office.

"The suspects handed over by investigators to the public prosecutor are the first suspect HM as a private sector, secondly the suspect HL as manager of PT QSE," said Harli Siregar as Head of the Attorney General's Legal Information Center, quoted by brilio.net from Kapanlagi.com on Tuesday (23 /7).

On this occasion, Harli also showed the public a number of pieces of evidence belonging to each suspect. These items were previously confiscated and will be handed over to the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office.
