Brilio.net - The case of Harvey Moeis , husband of artist Sandra Dewi , who was accused of corruption in the tin trade system, has entered a new phase. Recently, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) confiscated five assets belonging to Harvey. These assets are in the form of a number of plots of land and buildings in Jakarta. This confiscation was conveyed by the Head of the Indonesian Attorney General's Legal Information Center, Harli Siregar.
"Some time ago investigators confiscated several assets belonging to the suspect HM and those affiliated with him," said Head of the Attorney General's Legal Information Center Harli Siregar at the Attorney General's Building, Jakarta, quoted by brilio.net from antarnews.com, Tuesday ( 9/7).

The confiscation action was related to the alleged corruption case involving Harvey. Harli also said that the 5 assets confiscated consisted of one plot of land in West Jakarta and four plots of land and buildings in South Jakarta.
"One plot in West Jakarta is land and buildings covering an area of 161 square meters," he said.
Meanwhile, 4 plots of land and other buildings are in the South Jakarta area. One of them is located in the Patal Senayan area with an area of around 483 square meters.
Apart from that, 3 plots of land and other buildings are known to be in the Kebayoran Baru area in the form of town houses. The total area of these assets reaches 336 square meters.

Herli said that this confiscation was carried out by the investigative team as evidence at trial. Apart from that, these assets can also be used to recover from criminal acts of corruption and money laundering committed by suspect Harvey.
These 5 assets do not include the private jet that Harvey often uses. This is because based on the results of an asset search by the AGO, the private jet does not belong to Harvey Moeis. Sandra Dewi's husband was only listed as a passenger.
Based on the results of the asset search, based on the data we have, it turns out that it (belongs to) the foreign company with which we are collaborating. So, not in the name of the person concerned. "In fact, the person concerned is not a renter but a passenger according to the manifest," said Herli.

It is known that in the process of investigating the corruption case which caused losses to state finances due to ecological damage, a total of 22 people were named as suspects, including Harvey Moeis. Previously, the Attorney General's Jampidsus had confiscated Harvey's assets in the form of luxury vehicles.
The Attorney General's Office is still continuing to track and dig up the latest facts related to this tin corruption case. The process is carried out day by day so that there are no mistakes in confiscating the assets of corruption suspects.
"And it will continue to be explored, just like this confiscation, we will only update it because the investigation must carefully look at the existing facts and data so that when the confiscation is carried out there is no mistake," concluded Harli.
