This time, the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) confiscated a number of pieces of evidence suspected to belong to Harvey Moeis. Apart from that, other evidence includes 8 luxury vehicles, 88 branded bags, 141 jewellery, money worth USD 400 thousand, more than IDR 13 billion and 17 precious metals.
Regarding the confiscation of evidence, Harvey Moeis' attorney , Harris Arthur, opened his voice. "Of course he objected, but because he was cooperative, he said it was okay for us to prove it in court. We have to prepare all the evidence. Just wait at the trial. We will reveal all the evidence," said Attorney Harvey Moeis, Harris Arthur Hedar, reported by merdeka6.com, Monday (22/7).
Harris Arthur emphasized that the luxury bag evidence handed over to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office was the result of the hard work of Sandra Dewi (SD). There are 88 branded bags.
"Also, if I'm not mistaken, there are 88 branded bags obtained from the sweat of elementary school mothers, which has been clarified by investigators," said Arthur.
Harris Arthur added that the branded bag was obtained from hard work during a career in the entertainment industry. Also obtained from the results of marketing strategies for promotion (endorsement) from various brands in collaboration with Harvey Moeis' wife.

"It's true that the language was obtained from endorsements. Yes, the work was done by an elementary school mother, but it was also confiscated. Later we will prove it together in court, whether it was involved in HM's actions or not," he explained.
Meanwhile, the 8 vehicles confiscated by the court did not belong to Sandra Dewi. This is because the vehicle was purchased in the name of Harvey Moeis (HM).
"All the cars are not in the name of Mrs. Sandra Dewi. They were just gifts from Mr. HM," he said.
In the case of alleged criminal acts of corruption in the management of tin commodity trade in the Mining Business License (IUP) area at PT Timah Tbk from 2015 to 2022, the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) handed over two suspects, namely Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim, along with evidence to the District Prosecutor's Office.
