Brilio.net - The tin corruption case involving the husband of famous actress Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis (MK) continues to be investigated. Now, the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) has revealed new facts regarding the ownership of a private jet, which was previously reported to be a gift from Harvey Moeis for the birthday of his eldest son, Raphael Moeis.
The Head of the Attorney General's Legal Information Center, Harli Siregar, revealed that the aircraft, a Bombardier Challenger 605 jet with registration number T7_IDR registered in San Marino, apparently did not belong to Harvey Moeis.
Based on the results of follow the money investigations in the 2015-2020 PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License (IUP) corruption case that ensnared Harvey, it is known that the private jet belonged to the company Regal Meters Limited Ltd, whose operations collaborate with PT Express Transport Antarbenua.

"So the plane belongs to one company and its operation is being collaborated with another company. So HM's position is not as owner or proprietor, nor as renter," said Head of the Attorney General's Penkum Harli Siregar, reported by brilio.net from merdeka.com, Wednesday (3/7) .
Furthermore, Harli said that Harvey was not a tenant. However, he was listed as a passenger 32 times on the plane's manifest. When boarding the plane, Harvey still has to pay for tickets and so on, like a passenger.
"So, if I'm not mistaken, there were 32 flights, this one was a passenger on that plane. I didn't rent it either, if I rented it, there was an agreement," explained Harli.
As is known, previously, Harvey Moeis was reported to have bought a private jet, which was revealed by a post by a relative of Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis, Benyamin Ratu. The post explained that Raphael's private jet had just landed at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport on Monday, March 25 2019.

Since Harvey Moeis was named a suspect by the Attorney General's Office in the tin mining corruption case at the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License (IUP) location, the Attorney General's Office has also examined all of Sandra Dewi's husband's assets, including his private jet.
Apart from investigating the ownership of the jet, Jampidsus investigators have confiscated a number of assets belonging to Harvey, including two black Rolls Royce luxury cars and a red Mini Cooper S Countryman F60 with the license plate number B 883 SDW. There are other Velfire and white Lexus cars, as well as luxury watches that are being tested for authenticity.
