To be more precise, cook 200 grams of strawberries in a pan (without adding water) using low heat. Cook by pressing the fruit until it is crushed for about 10 minutes or until the consistency is to your liking. Once crushed and thick, add 10-20 grams of chia seeds (optional) to add texture and stir well.
