Brilio.net - Cendol is known as a food made from rice flour and has a chewy texture. Apart from rice flour, cendol is also made using boiled suji leaves or pandan paste. Well, this coloring gives cendol a natural green color, making it more appetizing when eaten.

Basically, cendol is usually used to mix sweet foods or drinks, such as various types of ice or dessert boxes. Indeed, the combination of the chewy texture of cendol and the sweet taste of ice or dessert can provide a delicious sensation when eaten. But what happens if cendol, which is usually cooked with sugar, is instead processed into a savory dish with soup?

Yup! On TikTok, a video is circulating about a woman cooking cendol into ramen. After investigating, the video was uploaded by TikTokers from Japan named Sora Fula on Tuesday (18/6). Even though it was only uploaded 5 days ago, the video has already received more than 3 million views.

Reported by BrilioFood on Monday (24/6), the upload initially showed Sora Fula buying packaged cendol at a supermarket in Malaysia. In the video, the cendol being sold is packaged very neatly. Apart from that, when seen from the outside of the packaging, the shape of this cendol is quite long, so it's not without reason that Sora Fula thought the food was ramen .

"I want to try Malaysian ramen," he said.

When he got home, he was seen opening the cendol packaging and transferring it to a bowl. Even though he was quite surprised by the green 'ramen', he was still enthusiastic about cooking it into soupy ramen.

Furthermore, Sora Fula then used sauteed garlic and mixed it with bean sprouts and hot water. Don't forget to add soup stock and soy sauce to the dish. Finally, he added cendol that had drained the water.

As soon as it is cooked, the cendol ramen is immediately transferred to a bowl. This woman seemed very enthusiastic about trying the processed cendol that was made. However, after tasting the cendol using chopsticks, his expression immediately changed to astonishment.

"Boiled too much? It's very soft (is it boiled too long? It's very soft)," said Sora Fula, who a moment later continued, "how to eat? (how do you eat it?)."
