Boiling kale makes its texture softer, making it easier to eat. Although it looks simple, boiling kale should not be careless. If not careful, its nutrition can be reduced.
One sign that kale is lacking in nutrients is a change in color. Water spinach that was originally fresh green can turn black. In addition, a texture that is too soft also indicates that many nutrients are lost during boiling.
To avoid this, you can follow the trick from YouTube user Pak Petut Family. In one of his videos, he explains how to boil kale so that it stays fresh green and does not turn black. In this way, the nutrients in kale are maintained.
