Brilio.net - The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) confiscated all of Harvey Moeis' assets in the mega tin corruption case. Apart from cash, the assets confiscated were 8 luxury vehicles, 141 jewellery, 17 precious metals and up to 88 branded bags.
Regarding the confiscation, attorney Harvey Moeis, who represented Sandra Dewi, objected. He said that the branded bags that were confiscated were not the result of corruption. This objection claim was also responded to by the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung).
"Go ahead. In my opinion there is no need for polemics, the process of enforcing criminal law is to find material truth and there is room for evidence there. Previously it was reported that Sandra Dewi expressed objection to the confiscation of her 88 branded bags. Through Harvey Moeis' attorney, Harris Arthur, Sandra Dewi claimed that the branded bag was the result of her own sweat and had nothing to do with the corruption case that ensnared her husband.

Harris Arthur emphasized that the luxury bag evidence handed over to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office was the result of Sandra Dewi's hard work obtained from endorsements.
"It's true that the language was obtained from endorsements. Yes, the work was done by an elementary school mother, but it was also confiscated. Later we will prove it together in court, whether it was involved in HM's actions or not," he explained.
