Brilio.net - Acne decreases self-confidence. Acne is usually round, swollen, and sometimes contains pus. Well, this pus causes the pores to become clogged. This blockage allows bad bacteria on the skin to grow quickly.
Acne that is not treated properly can risk leaving scars. Well, acne scars themselves are divided into 2, namely PIH and PIE. PIH (Post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) is a brownish stain caused by melanin. Occurs when new skin cells try to repair the skin.
Meanwhile, PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema) is a reddish scar that appears due to damage to blood vessels. This problem arises when acne becomes inflamed, causing reddish spots that are a sign of irritation.
To overcome these 2 acne problems, you can rely on natural ingredients , you know.
One way is to use a mixture of green tea, yoghurt, rice flour and honey. Just as shown by @mayankgandhi25 via Instagram, reported by briliobeauty.net on Friday (2/2).

Reporting from Verywell Health, green tea is known to contain high levels of antioxidants and is beneficial for skin health.
The polyphenol compounds in green tea have natural antioxidant properties that can help control excess oil production on the skin. It also functions to reduce blockages in pores. Interestingly, green tea can also protect the skin from damage and inflammation thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Yoghurt, apart from being a healthy food choice, also has extraordinary benefits for skin care. The lactic acid content in yoghurt can help remove dead skin cells, clean clogged pores, and reduce excess oil production which can trigger acne.
Apart from that, yoghurt contains good bacteria which can maintain the balance of the microbiota on facial skin. This helps reduce inflammation and speed up the acne healing process.

Rice flour is another natural ingredient that is effective in treating acne problems. Rice flour contains nutrients such as B vitamins, minerals and amino acids which are useful for providing healthy nutrition to the skin. Rice flour has exfoliator and absorbent properties which can absorb excess oil while cleaning pores. That way, dirt on the skin will be reduced.
