We are looking for a Video Director to join our fast growing video team at Brilio. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and creative with a demonstrated passion for creating content which excites viewers. As a founding member of the video team the director will be expected to take on a leadership role and work with our head of video in determining Brilios video strategy for Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian market. Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Video and management to determine our video content strategy for the region
Work with the entire video team to develop new in-house content ideas for Brilio
Develop video content for our brand partners which conform to Brilios brand and editorial guidelines
Job Requirements:
4+ years experience in Videography, Video Editing, Sound and Production Lighting
High proficiency in: Final Cut Pro & Adobe After Effects, Soundtrack Pro, Adobe Encore
Strong post-workflow knowledge (codecs & conversions)
Strong lighting techniques and product photography
Story construction and storytelling skills
Ability to visualize the most effective way to communicate via video
Repurpose video content into multiple digital formats
Must have a portfolio of a variety of video work
Compression knowledge a plus
Video standards & basic delivery knowledge a plus
Motion Graphics (Cinema 4D) knowledge a plus
Must have ability to communicate creative ideas and goals and work with various levels of management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
