Introduction:
The Chief of Staff to the CEO (the COS) is a critically important role, enabling the CEO to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill his commitments to the Board of Directors. This is not an administrative role; it is highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. As the CEOs trusted counsel and right hand person, the role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills. This full-time position reports directly to Brilios CEO.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordination/orchestration of projects or commitments directly involving the CEO and his direct reports
Independent leadership of special CEO-initiated projects
Proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of the CEOs commitments
Preparation for, and facilitation of, critical CEO meetings
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years work experience at a leading Fortune 500, Investment banking, private equity, or management consulting firm.
Minimum 3.4 GPA from an accredited university.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
Mission driven, goal oriented person passionate about learning about the digital media space
Strong grasp of Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to work hard and take directionbut also creatively solve problems for which the answers arent always obvious.
Tact, diplomacy, and persistence.
Superb attention to detail.
Ability to work well on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
