Creative Director

Brilio is looking for the ultimate Creative Director: someone ready to roll up their sleeves and drive Brilios overall vision, culture, and work to the next level; someone excited to become an advocate of new creative and strategic thinking that ensures Brilio is always at the top of its game.

A leader, born and bred, they will lend their skill and insight to multiple projects from in-house creative concepts through creative projects for our clients. Filmmaking, motion graphics, product design, and digital production are among their greatest passions and they are absolutely thrilled at the chance to build a creative team at a fast paced startup from the ground up.

The Creative Director role at Brilio is a management level role. The individual will work alongside the CEO and CMO to define and execute the Companys creative strategy in all of its markets.

Your Responsibilities:
Define, manage and execute Brilios overall creative strategy
Help set, define and update Brilios global brand guidelines.
Prepare quarterly creative outlines which define our creative direction on a quarterly basis
Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations
Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team
Manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly presents those ideas to the team and the client

Job Requirements:
A passion for production teetering on obsession.
5+ years of creative production experience within a digital agency or leading online or offline publication.
Ability to concept unique ideas across formats (video, graphics, written content) for in-house projects and advertising campaigns
A knack and desire for collaborating with copywriters, editors, designers and producers.
A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of film production, 2D & 3D design and animation, video and sound editing, photography
A confident builder and leader of teams, mentoring and guiding large amounts of creative talent inside Brilio.
The ability to provide clear creative direction with timely, helpful feedback that will improve the quality of our work.
Advanced experience managing the creative development process in a client-services environment to ensure top quality work.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels, both with internal and client teams.
Ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term need. Timelines, budgets, and availabilities changewe need someone who can roll with it.
