Brilio.net - In Switzerland, chicken eggs have a value level that depends on how the laying hens are raised. Chickens that live more prosperously produce eggs with a higher price. The better the condition of the chicken, the more expensive the eggs are sold. So, the happiness of the chicken also determines the selling value of its eggs.
In Indonesia, chicken eggs are generally divided into two types, domestic chicken eggs and kampung chicken eggs. Farmers have not emphasized much on chicken welfare as a superior product factor. The aspect of chicken welfare has not been a primary indicator in egg sales.
But it's different in Switzerland. Celebrity Instagram account owner @evelyntrivena revealed the types of chicken eggs sold in supermarkets in Switzerland. The woman showed the caste of chicken eggs in the country where she now lives.

The second type of egg is freiland eler, which is an egg from chickens that live more freely. Not confined in a cage, chickens can even walk in nature, sunbathe, and do other activities that make them happy. This is what makes this type of egg more expensive than the boden haltung eler egg.
"These eggs are sold from sizes M or L to XL," he explained further.
