This trick from the TikTok account @chonk_green_story relies on one kitchen ingredient, namely garlic.

First, heat oil on the stove. Once the oil is hot, add 2 garlic cloves that have been split into 2. Then, add the fish you are going to fry. Leave it for a few moments until it is cooked enough so as not to destroy the shape of the fish.

When it's dry enough, flip the fish. As seen in the video, the fish does not stick at all when fried.
