- 4 chicken eggs
- 30 gr margarine, melt
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 ml thin coconut milk

- 300 gr ground chicken
- 500 gr ground tofu
- 2 shallots, puree
- 1 garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon
margarine, for frying
- 100 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Solution:
- 2 chicken eggs, beaten well
- Right amount of oil
How to make:
1. Make the skin first, mix the eggs, flour and salt, then stir until smooth.
2. Add liquid coconut milk while stirring until there are no lumps. Pour in the melted butter and stir again until the mixture is smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan and a little oil, then take a small spoonful of skin mixture. Make a thin omelette until you run out of dough.
4. To make the filling, saute the crushed shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add the ground chicken and ground tofu.
