Material:
- 3 slices of white bread
- 25 gr tuna
- 25 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 clove of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- Mushroom broth to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Enough bread flour
- Olive oil or cooking oil to taste
How to make:
1. Heat the oil, saute the onion and garlic until fragrant, add the tuna, mushroom stock, salt and pepper, cook until half cooked.
2. Add the grated cheese, stir until melted and the tuna is cooked.
3. Beat the eggs and a pinch of salt, set aside.
4. Flatten the white bread with a rolling pin, arrange the filling on the edge, roll it gently, brush the edge with beaten egg, seal all the edges.
5. Dip the bread in the beaten egg, roll or coat in breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil, fry until golden brown. Serve with sauce.
