Brilio.net - Many people choose to buy gallon water for their daily drinking needs because it is considered more economical than bottled water. Using gallon water is also considered more practical than having to boil water repeatedly, thus saving energy and gas usage.
Each dispenser has the same shape, with the top being smaller than the bottom. After the gallon cap is opened, the gallon is positioned upside down and placed in the dispenser.
When the gallon is positioned upside down, there is a depression at the top of the gallon that is located right in the middle. Many may not realize or know the function of this depression. This curiosity was also felt by a netizen named Nova Siahaan, who shared his discovery through his personal TikTok account.
"Does anyone know the function of the hole under this water gallon?" he asked, quoted by BrilioFood from TikTok @nova_siahaan7 on Tuesday (11/5).

The depression in the gallon is medium in size, not too big or too small. After observing, this depression is the same size as the bottom of a glass. Knowing this, this netizen immediately put the glass on the depression.

Because the shape is just right, the glass doesn't shift at all even if the gallon is shaken. This is certainly very useful for those of you who often put the glass down after filling it with gallon water.
"Well...this is my bestie, it functions as a stand for the glass you use," he explained further.
When you want to use it again, you just take it and fill it with gallon water. Very practical, right?
