Brilio.net - A frying pan has become one of the cooking utensils that must be in the kitchen. This utensil is very much needed to support the cooking process involving frying and stir-frying methods. In addition, the wide diameter of the frying pan makes the process of cooking in large quantities easier.
In general, pans are made of sturdy materials such as metal, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The use of these basic materials makes this cooking utensil tend to be durable and can be used for a long time.
However, as it is used, the pan can also get dirty and crusty, especially on the bottom or bottom. This is because the surface of the bottom of the pan is often exposed to high temperatures from the stove fire. In some moments, leftover cooking and oil also stick to the bottom of the pan.
The combination of these stains can cause the pan to become black crusty. Even so, the bottom of the pan is still often ignored by its users. A netizen admitted this through the YouTube channel Manfaat Siip Channel.
"Usually, when people wash a frying pan, they only wash the inside. They don't wash the back, maybe because it's difficult to wash," explained the YouTube Manfaat Siip Channel, quoted by BrilioFood on Thursday (26/9).

Indeed, it is undeniable that cleaning the bottom of the pan is a difficult PR (homework). Stubborn crust and stains that have stuck cannot be removed just by scrubbing. It takes special ingredients, such as baking soda and citric acid to remove the crust.
Baking soda and citric acid are often mixed to produce a powerful cleaning fluid. However, in addition to the two ingredients, there are actually other ingredients that are no less powerful. YouTube user Manfaat Siip Channel explains the cleaning ingredients used to clean the black crust on the bottom of this pan.
"To wash these limescale stains, you only need two liquids. One is dishwashing soap. Then vinegar," said YouTube Manfaat Siip Channel.
Before use, prepare a bowl first. Then pour 1 tbsp of vinegar and enough dish soap. Dissolve both ingredients with a little water, then stir until smooth.

If so, wet the pan first. Then apply the liquid to the bottom of the pan that has black crust until it is even. Next, immediately scrub it using a wire brush. While scrubbing, add more liquid. Then continue scrubbing until the crust is lifted.
"The foam turns brown because the crusts and stains on the bottom of the pan fall off," he said.

Do this process until the crust is completely gone. If most of it has been lifted, rinse the pan with clean water. Then scrub the remaining stains again using the soap and vinegar. After that, rinse again in running water.
After being scrubbed with dish soap and vinegar, the bottom of this pan looks shiny. The black crust that previously filled the surface of the bottom of the pan has completely disappeared. This indicates that using vinegar and dish soap alone is also very effective in cleaning stubborn crust.
