The ingredients used are 2 ears of corn that have been combed finely. Put the corn into a container along with 1/2 a carrot that has been cut into matchsticks. Then also add 2 stalks of sliced spring onions. Stir well.

Once done, add 3 cloves of finely ground garlic, 1 tsp of seasoning, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder. For the flour, he uses 1 sachet of seasoned flour measuring 100 grams. Then stir well and add 150 grams of low protein wheat flour.

While stirring, pour 350 ml of water gradually. Then stir until completely mixed. After stirring, the texture of the dough is not too runny or thick. Now, this bakwan dough is ready to be fried.

First, prepare a lot of oil that has been heated in a frying pan. Then pour the mixture little by little. If so, fry over medium heat until dry and crispy. If it starts to turn yellowish and solid, turn the fritters over. Then fry until evenly cooked. Once cooked, remove and drain. These corn fritters are ready to eat.
