The video explains how to store wet noodles that are commonly applied in culinary businesses. This information is useful for wet noodle processors to maintain the quality of their products.

"I want to share how to store wet noodles or chicken noodles properly and correctly. They won't go stale easily," said YouTube Bangkit Bakso, quoted by BrilioFood on Thursday (10/31).

How to store it is also quite easy. First, prepare wet noodles in the form of rolls and sprinkled with sago flour. For example, wet noodles, especially for chicken noodles that will just be molded into rolls. This makes the noodles easier to take without having to measure them again. Sago flour itself will make the noodle rolls not stick to each other.

After that, put the wet noodle rolls one by one into the plastic and arrange them neatly. Once done, press the plastic to remove the remaining air inside. You can also vacuum it to make it more airtight.

Then tie the ends of the plastic, either manually or with rubber. Make sure no air can enter or exit the plastic. Because if there is air contamination, it is very possible that the wet noodles will change texture and taste when they are about to be processed.

The wrapped wet noodles can then be put in the freezer. The stored wet noodles will then freeze and last. According to YouTube user Bangkit Bakso, this method of storing will make wet noodles last up to 1-2 years.

When you want to use it, you just take it out of the freezer. Then let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. After that, just remove the wet noodles from the plastic and let it sit for another 15 minutes until the texture is softer. Then, the wet noodles are ready to be processed.
