So, in the frying technique of the owner of the TikTok account @dapurucipalupi, the crackers must first be dipped in still warm oil. The woman known as Suci explained that if the crackers were simply fried in hot oil, they wouldn't be good.

After dipping until the texture of the crackers is somewhat flexible, first remove the crackers and heat the oil until they are completely ready to be used for frying.

Suci also displays a frying technique without going through the process of dipping it in warm oil. Apparently, because the crackers were not dipped in warm oil first, the crackers took longer to expand, so the results were not as crispy as crackers that had been dipped in warm oil.

Crackers that are directly fried in hot oil also don't have a smooth surface, unlike crackers that are dipped in warm oil before frying.
