Do this frying process for approximately 15 minutes. However, this duration can be adjusted according to the amount of shallots. In the video, he used 1 kilogram of shallots fried in 2 liters of oil.

After frying for quite some time, the shallots will clump together, a sign that they are starting to cook. At this stage, keep stirring until some of the shallots start to turn yellow. After that, turn off the heat and drain immediately.
