Brilio.net - Recently, a video went viral on social media of a ' foreigner ' who claimed to be in the capital city of the archipelago (IKN) East Kalimantan. In the video, the man wearing a blue shirt and white hat describes the conditions of the place.
He said that it was difficult to get water at that location. This situation makes it difficult for the man who claims to be a reporter from Italy to shower and to clean himself when defecating. Not only that, he also changed the name of IKN, which was supposed to be the Capital of the Archipelago, to the Capital of Corruption and Nepotism.
"Here we see the construction of IKN (the capital of corruption and nepotism). Since there is no water here and it is very difficult to bathe and of course to wash, these pipes have been imported from Jakarta," he said, as recorded on TikTok @bule_ngoceh, reported on Thursday (13/6).
Furthermore, the ' caucasian ' man also revealed that a hotel and house would be built at that place. He said the place would be used in two months. As if by magic in a short time the place would be completed, the foreigner expressed it with the words 'bim salabim'.
"In two months, everything will be bim salabim, in August it will be everything. We pray that maybe there will be a shaman and there will be magic so that bim salabim will become instantaneous," he said.
The East Kalimantan (Kaltim) Regional Police immediately took action to investigate the critical video conveyed by the 'foreigner'. Head of Public Relations of the East Kalimantan Regional Police, Commissioner Artanto, confirmed that the location where the video was taken was not the National Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago, East Kalimantan (Kaltim).
"That's right, the East Kalimantan Regional Police team conducted an investigation into the viral social media. The preliminary results are that the location is not in the IKN area," said Artanto, quoted from merdeka.com.
Apart from carrying out an investigation, the police also carried out profiling of the account that uploaded the video. In the meantime, the police will appeal to the person concerned and not pick them up to clarify the video they made.
Artanto appealed to the 'caucasian' man not to do the same thing. Both at IKN and elsewhere, even though this is an opinion or assessment.
"We urge those concerned not to do similar things either at IKN or other places even though this is an opinion/judgment," he said.
"Especially if the person concerned is an Indonesian citizen whose account uses the name 'om bule', don't create antipathy as an Indonesian citizen towards other people," he said.
