"I apologize to the entire community for all the disgraceful actions I committed. I really had no intention of insulting or harassing a particular party. As the poster of the video, I truly apologize, and I will try to be a better person and will not make the same mistake," said one of them.
This apology video immediately attracted the attention of netizens. The reason is, as a result of this post, many netizens were already furious and criticized the middle school student's behavior.
Previously, an apology was conveyed by Budi Awaludin as Acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Department. On behalf of the parents and students, he expressed his deepest apologies to the public.

Budi Awaluddin admitted that the actions of the five junior high school students who mocked Palestinian children were wrong. Because of this, his party gave sanctions in the form of a week's suspension.
"For one week we will provide guidance to these students," said Budi Awaluddin.
"We have prepared counselors from the PPAPP Service and also from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, from the police, and from Kesbangpol to provide guidance to our younger siblings who have been suspended for one week," he added, explaining.

Apart from that, Budi Awaluddin revealed the condition of five junior high school students in Jakarta after they were blasphemed for mocking child victims of genocide in Palestine.
The five female students came from different junior high schools. One of them is a student at SMPN 216 Jakarta.
Budi Awaluddin said that the five female students regretted their actions. They also cried in fear.
"They really regretted what had happened and they all cried in a state of fear," said Budi Awaluddin.
Finally, Budi Awaluddin admitted that he had coordinated with the school of the five female students. They will be given guidance because they have committed a disgraceful act by mocking child victims of genocide in Palestine.
