Nindya Ariesta, created a restaurant called Weekend Breakfast. Provide a variety of delicious food, but the all-black menu is a recommendation. This restaurant with a healthy food concept opened on November 23 2018. Nindya's business idea was inspired by her older sister who first made all-black dishes. The location of this restaurant is on Jl. Student Army Hall Km 12.5, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

"We have a special menu, namely black rice, so there is fried rice which is the newest, soto ireng which is made from black rice too, and there is also wedang rice ireng, that is the recommended menu here," explained Nindya.

In one day this restaurant can consume three kilograms of black rice. One of the unique menus is wedang rice ireng which has a distinctive aroma. Wedang nasi ireng is made from black rice which is roasted until its aroma comes out, then brewed using rock sugar, lemongrass and ginger. Starting from trying it out, this drink actually became the main attraction.

"It just came from wanting to try a new creation because we often have things like ginger, actually the composition is the same, like lemongrass, ginger, rock sugar or brown sugar. We're just trying something new, introducing that black rice can also be a drink too. added Nindya.

Prices for food and drinks range from IDR 7,000 to IDR 15,000. This restaurant is only open from Friday to Sunday 06.00 - 12.00 WIB. The supply of black rice comes from farmers in Yogyakarta. Black rice contains many benefits compared to other rice.

"We want to introduce black rice, apart from white rice, brown rice or brown rice, there is also black rice which has many benefits. The content of black rice is also more complete than white rice, like black rice, it is high in protein, high in vitamins and minerals, and for diabetes sufferers. "He has the lowest sugar content compared to the others," concluded Nindya.
