In the second marinating stage, just add spices such as salt, pepper and lemon juice. After that, stir until evenly mixed and let sit for 10-15 minutes. These spices will help increase the savory taste while eliminating the goat's aroma. If so, drain the goat meat without needing to rinse it again.
