Brilio.net - Food in Padang restaurants is generally placed on plates, then served directly on the table. As a result, when buyers come, they can immediately eat the dishes available. However, what if Padang dishes were served like in a typical Japanese restaurant?

Well, it turns out that this was actually created by one of the restaurants in Indonesia. TikTok account user @albert.eat had visited the restaurant. The content creator, familiarly called Albert, admitted that the experience of eating at the Padang restaurant was exciting because it was different from other places.
"This is fun, Padang rice has a concept like a sushi restaurant," he wrote in the caption of the TikTok upload @albert.eat, quoted by BrilioFood on Thursday (8/8).

So, just like in a typical Japanese restaurant , the Padang restaurant that Albert visited also has a tool called a conveyor belt. Yup, plates filled with various side dishes and vegetables typical of Padang restaurants will be placed on the conveyor belt.
When the conveyor belt machine is working, the dishes on it automatically follow the path on the tool.

Albert also showed the moment when taking one of the dishes at the Padang restaurant. A potato croquette was seen neatly arranged on a plastic-wrapped plate that could be eaten immediately after being taken from the conveyor belt.

In addition, Albert also explained, customers can also order food manually, you know. For example, when the desired menu does not appear on the conveyor belt, customers can simply ask the waiter at the restaurant for the desired menu specifically.
After further investigation, it turns out that the restaurant is called Aroma Padang and is located inside the Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) shopping center in the city of Surabaya.
Looking at the TikTok upload @albert.eat, in addition to being watched 205 thousand times, many netizens have given enthusiastic responses about this unique Padang restaurant. On the other hand, there are also those who choose ordinary Padang restaurants.
" This is an innovation, rather than the hassle of piling everything on the table ," said TikTok @toktok.
" It's still delicious when the Padang is wrapped, the cake doesn't really come together... wow, " wrote TikTok @Berasaldaritanahhh.
" Hahaha, that's cool, " praised TikTok @goat satay.
