In the 34 second video, he appears to form an eyebrow frame. Not only that, the woman wearing the black hijab also filled the inside of her eyebrows with a pen.
After all the pen ink filled her eyebrows, the woman immediately smoothed it with the tip of the pen. The results of the eyebrows using this writing tool also look neat. The color is even bolder compared to ordinary eyebrow pencils.
