Through the court portal, Sarwendah's divorce suit against Ruben Onsu was registered with number 551/Pdt.G/2024/PN JKT.SEL. In the information column, the names of the plaintiff and defendant are disguised.

However, the name of Minola Sebayar's attorney is listed as representing the parties. In fact, news of Sarwendah's divorce suit against Ruben Onsu has been circulating since last May.
"Case number 551 is correct, with the Panel of Judges Djoyamto, Agung Sutomo Thoba and Arif Budi Chayono," said Tumpanuli Marbun, quoted by KapanLagi.
The South Jakarta District Court has also set a schedule for Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah's first divorce trial. Tumpanuli Marbun said that Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah's first trial will be held on July 9 2024.
"And the first trial will be on July 9 2024," he said.
Rumors regarding Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah's household problems were also confirmed by Minola Sebayar. He was asked by Ruben to discuss with Sarwendah's legal team to discuss the problems they were facing.
"I am really communicating intensively with Sarwendah's attorney. We are discussing matters related to the continuation of their household," explained Minola Sebayar in an interview on May 24 2024.
However, until news of the divorce lawsuit emerged, Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah Tan had not yet provided an explanation regarding the results of their discussion regarding the domestic problems they were facing.
