TikTok account user @dapurmamaoki said he failed when trying to fry milk tofu. Instead of the result remaining tasty and not breaking, the fried milk tofu actually breaks. The contents come out, while the surface also becomes less beautiful. Finally, after knowing the trick, his milk tofu preparations no longer failed. Before getting into the trick, first prepare clean water in a pan, then add 1 teaspoon of mushroom stock, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil until the spiced water boils, turn off the heat, and wait until it is warm. When it's warm, just mix the spice solution with 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda. These two ingredients will help the milk tofu stay firm and expand more when fried later.

After that, prepare pieces of milk tofu that have been washed clean. Place the tofu in a container then cover with the cooking water that has been prepared. Store the tofu in the refrigerator chiller for approximately 4 hours.

If the tofu has been taken out of the refrigerator, next prepare a frying pan filled with quite a lot of oil. Heat oil over medium stove heat. When it's really hot, just fry the tofu.
