Fried dishes are hard to resist. Well, one of the fried foods that is popular with many people is tempeh mendoan. Apart from being delicious consumed directly, mendoan tempeh is also suitable as a side dish to accompany white rice.

Usually, some people use wheat flour as the main ingredient for their tempeh mendo dough. Don't forget to include various additional spices too. Unfortunately, sometimes the mendoan tempeh produced is not optimally crispy. Not to mention, the texture becomes soft because it absorbs a lot of oil.

The first step, immediately mix 7 tablespoons of white sticky rice flour with 1 chicken egg, 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of stock powder, salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, and 1 teaspoon of ground coriander in a container.

If so, pour 100 ml of plain water as a mixture. To make it more attractive when served, also add 3 slices of spring onion. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed.

Dip the tempeh slices into the flour mixture that has been made. Back and forth so that the entire side of the tempeh is perfectly coated with flour batter.
