Reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Jarle Kul on Tuesday (6/8), simply rinse the catfish under running water while rubbing it until the mucus disappears. Once marinated, drain and fry the catfish in lots of hot oil. Make sure the catfish is completely submerged in oil. Then fry over high heat while covering the pan. When it's been 10 minutes, flip the catfish and fry briefly for about 3 minutes so that it becomes crispier. Once cooked, remove and drain the catfish.
