Material:
- 50 gr sago pearls
- 125 gr hunkwe flour
- 175 gr granulated sugar
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pieces of pandan tied in a knot
- Diced jackfruit to taste
How to make:
1. Boil water then add sago pearls, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick, cook until clear, drain then cover with ice water.
2. Dissolve cornstarch in 300 ml coconut milk.
3. Cook the remaining 500 ml coconut milk with pandan leaves, sugar. Add the cornstarch solution, stir until it thickens, add the pearls and jackfruit.
4. Prepare a mold that has been moistened with water so that the cake can be easily removed. Pour in the sweet cente, let it cool and solidify.
5. Store in the refrigerator then remove from the mold.
6. Ready to serve.
