Before cooking, the pieces of taro leaves or stems must be cleaned first to make them cleaner. You can use a knife or a fruit peeler to remove the skin.

After peeling, the pork can be soaked in salt water. Yup, this is a trick to remove the sap from the pork, so that this vegetable doesn't make your tongue itchy when you eat it. Stir and squeeze the pork while soaking so that the salt is evenly distributed throughout.

Then, let it sit for 30 minutes. After soaking, the lumbu can be rinsed and drained.

Then, saute the ground spices in a pan until fragrant. Also add aromatic spices to taste. When the spices are cooked, then add water and coconut milk to taste. Stir continuously until the sauce boils, so that the coconut milk does not split.

After that, add the drained pieces of the lamb. Cook for a few moments until the lamb is cooked and soft. Don't forget to add salt, flavoring, and other complementary spices to taste.
