As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Khanza Ahmad Official on Wednesday (2/10), the first thing to do is prepare 1 kg of sticky rice. Wash and soak the sticky rice for 1-2 hours to make it softer. After that, wash and drain.

Next, put the sticky rice into the pan. Then add 3 knotted pandan leaves, clean water (adjust the amount according to the rice), and 1 sachet of instant coconut milk. Stir and cook the sticky rice.

When all the ingredients are well mixed, add 1 tsp of fine salt. Then stir again until the coconut milk boils and the water reduces. When the water has reduced, turn off the stove.

Then transfer the sticky rice into a steamer pan. Then steam until completely cooked. In the video, YouTube user Khanza Ahmad Official admitted to steaming the sticky rice for about 10-15 minutes. While steaming, stir it gradually. If the sticky rice is no longer sticky, it means it is cooked into rice and ready to be removed. Well, this sticky rice can be served immediately.
